For help with a photo or content pack, include the approximate date, what happened and the work name if you know it. For privacy or deletion requests, use “Cake Portrait privacy”. Please keep passwords, session tokens and complete payment-card details out of your message.
Your account and work
Existing verified accounts can sign in. Public signup and recovery emails are currently unavailable during early access. You can explore and download the sample pack without an account. You can delete your account from Your studio → Your photos & account; background cleanup removes private photos and scrubs the identity.
Billing
Our approved launch plans are published, but paid web checkout is not active. Contact us about missing credits or a service problem.
